This is because breastfeeding has an ability to protect against the allergies since the breast milk is able to regulate the immune system functions. At the same time, you should limit packaged foods. According to some studies, babies who feed more on vegetables and fruits and less processed foods are at a lower risk of such allergic reactions.

You could as well avoid these reactions through the introduction of new foods after a given duration. Under such intervals, a person can review symptoms like unexplained congestion, hives, rashes, vomiting, itches, and breathing complications. Where the reactions are detected early enough, the baby may outgrow them because repeated exposures are avoided.

On the other hand, some experts recommend forgoing the common allergic triggers for quite some time. For instance, they recommend that cow milk is avoided until the baby is one year, eggs until the child is 2 years, and seafood until the child is 3 year. However, some parents overestimate sensitivity of food in their children. Nevertheless, any suspicious problem should be discussed a qualified professional before you can eliminate the food.
